End User Licence Agreement

1. Scope of License

Eldrahn Online provides access to the Website, the Eldrahn Wiki, and all associated creative content under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC‑BY‑SA‑4.0), unless otherwise stated. This EULA governs your use of the Website as a visitor, reader, contributor, or registered user.

You may:

  • Access and use the Website for personal, creative, educational, or commercial purposes consistent with CC‑BY‑SA‑4.0
  • Share, adapt, remix, or build upon Eldrahn Online content
  • Create derivative works, including commercial works, provided attribution and share‑alike requirements are met

You must:

  • Attribute Eldrahn Online and any credited authors

2. Intellectual Property & Branding

Creative content on Eldrahn Online is licensed under CC‑BY‑SA‑4.0. However, the Website’s underlying code, design, layout, and branding elements (including the name “Eldrahn Online” and the Glyphwright Press logo) are not covered by CC‑BY‑SA‑4.0 and may not be reused without explicit permission.

3. User Contributions

Any creative content, lore, or materials you contribute to the Eldrahn Wiki or Website remain your property. By submitting content, you agree to license your contributions under CC‑BY‑SA‑4.0 (or any future version of the license). This ensures that all collaborative content remains freely reusable under the same terms.

You grant Eldrahn Online and its users permission to:

  • Display your contributions
  • Modify or adapt your contributions
  • Redistribute your contributions
  • Use your contributions commercially

4. Restrictions on Use

You may not use Eldrahn Online to:

  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the Website
  • Interfere with the Website’s functionality, servers, or security

5. Account Termination

Eldrahn Online may suspend or terminate user accounts that violate this EULA or the Terms of Service. Termination of an account does not revoke the CC‑BY‑SA license applied to your contributions; your content remains available under the same terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Eldrahn Online disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. Creative Commons licensing does not imply any warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eldrahn Online and Glyphwright Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or its content.

8. Governing Law

This End User Licence Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glyphwright Press operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions.
