End User Licence Agreement

1. License Grant

Eldrahn Online grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Eldrahn Online website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the Service
Modify or alter the Service or any part thereof
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Service

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Eldrahn Online, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. User Content

Any content, materials, or information that you provide or post on the Service ("User Content") remains your property. However, by posting User Content on the Service, you grant Eldrahn Online a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, and distribute such User Content.

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To transmit any harmful or malicious code
To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
To harass, threaten, embarrass, or cause distress or discomfort to any individual or entity
To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

5. Termination

Eldrahn Online may terminate this license and your access to the Service at any time, without cause or notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must destroy any and all copies of the Service in your possession.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Eldrahn Online be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or use, regardless of the form of action and whether or not Eldrahn Online has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This End User Licence Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eldrahn Online operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
